Our host welcomes the guest to the experience and positions them on the designated marker.

Our Glambot executes one of three pre-designed moves, capturing your guests as they laugh, smile, and give their all.

FAQs

How long does the setup take?

Typically, it takes about 3-4 hours, depending on the event's location and complexity. This timeframe includes unloading from transport, setting up at the venue, programming and testing the robot’s movements to fit the environment, and ensuring the filming area is safe.

What space is needed for setup?

We recommend a flat area of approximately 15x15 feet. This allows sufficient room for the robot setup on one end and guest placement on the opposite end. If you choose to use a track for the robot, additional space will be needed.

How many people can be featured in each shot?

We suggest including between 1 to 3 people. If you wish to have more, please contact us so we can design a suitable package.

Is additional lighting required?

No, the Sparklebot packages come with a high-speed lighting system. However, be aware that when recording high-speed footage, venue lighting can sometimes flicker during slow-motion playback. While we cannot control this, we will collaborate with you to minimize any effects.

Do you travel for events?

Yes! Our Cinebot is a fully mobile camera robot that travels across the USA. However, travel costs will increase the further we are from Las Vegas.

What are the robot’s power requirements?

A dedicated 20amp 110-240 VAC connection is necessary at the robot's location. This can be either a wall outlet or a portable generator provided by the venue. Any breakers on the venue's power circuit must be disabled by an electrician to prevent the robot from tripping the power, which could hinder startup. If breakers cannot be disabled, we can operate from a portable generator (provided by the venue). Please let us know if you need further technical details; we're happy to assist.

How is access to the location managed?

The robot is transported to and from the venue in our truck and can be manually maneuvered on its four wheels by two people. A flat, even surface near the location is required, and if the event is on the Las Vegas Strip, a loading dock will be necessary.

How can I determine if my chosen space will work?

Each Cinebot package includes a pre-production phase that may involve a site visit to your selected location within Las Vegas. For locations more than 25 miles away, alternative arrangements can be discussed. A flat, even surface with good accessibility is essential.

What is the duration of a robot "glam-shot"?

The robot's movement happens in just a few seconds. However, since we shoot in slow motion, your final video will last approximately 7-10 seconds.

Can I receive a highlights video of my event?

Yes! Although this comes at an extra charge, we can create a highlights video on the night of your event or afterward, whichever you prefer.

Can the robot be branded?

Absolutely! We can add your logo or event branding to the robot for an additional fee.
